Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this website.
The Frog in the Craft is not a VAT registered business, and therefore we are not permitted to charge or claim VAT.
By submitting an order with us you will have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. When submitting an order through this website you are making an offer to The Frog in the Craft to purchase the goods detailed in your order.
This website is intended for use by persons 18 years and over. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund payment where there is a breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
Once an order has been placed we will not be able to change or add to it. The only change we are able to do is correct any spelling mistakes in the delivery address provided it has not been dispatched, or cancel the order completely.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. A delivery charge will be added to your order where appropriate. Please see our delivery section for delivery times and rates.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling.
We take every care to ensure that the description of our products are correct. However descriptions of products on this website are intended only to give a general description of the products and are not intended to be binding. The Frog in the Craft accepts no responsibility for damage or defect of goods arising from incorrect use or incorrect storage (e.g. exposure to direct sunlight, heat or submerged in water) by the customer.
A product may vary slightly in colour from the one pictured on the website as our products are handmade and there may be slight colour variations in the materials that we use. In addition to this, it can be quite difficult for a photograph to represent the true colour of any item, as it will depend on a number of factors, including the lighting available, the quality of the imaging for the screen used to view the product, reflection on glass, etc…
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
We aim to display all of our existing products through this website, however occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this occurs we will inform you as soon as possible.
You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund prior to your order being processed (please note that orders are usually processed within 48 hours). To do this, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address and order number or telephone 01158 407146 with your name, address and order number. There is an answerphone if we cannot answer your call at the time, so please do leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You also have the statutory right to withdraw from the order after it has been dispatched. You have seven working days beginning the day after receipt of goods to cancel the purchase. To do this email email@example.com with your name, address and order number, or telephone 01158 407146 with your name, address and order number. There is an answerphone if we cannot answer your call at the time, so please do leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Once you have received confirmation from us that we can accept the order withdrawal / return, you will then need to return the goods to us by recorded post at your own cost. Until we safely receive returned parcels they will remain the customer’s responsibility. Personalised and made-to-order items are excluded from this.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please simply return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or if you prefer a refund, provided that the products are returned unused and complete in the original packaging. Unfortunately if the product is not in its original condition we will not be able to issue an exchange or refund. You will need to return the goods to us by recorded post at your own cost. Until we safely receive returned parcels they will remain the customer’s responsibility. This does not apply to personalised and made-to-order purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that your The Frog in the Craft order reaches you in a condition that is not fit for purpose, you have a statutory period of no more than 30 days from receipt of goods in which to reject them. Damaged items and packaging must be kept until the problem has been reported and appropriate action taken.
If you have not received your goods within 10 working days from the dispatch date please notify The Frog in the Craft by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
